Is apple compatible with Powerpoint presentations?

I am making a powerpoint presentation for my class. They have an apple and I
do not have a laptop. There is no internet connection to the classroom
either. Do I really have to bring my tower to the class?

The PC and Mac versions are about 90 - 95% compatible. You'll only run
into trouble if you use the 5 - 10% that is not compatible.
