Is it normal when the sever's response is "service unavailable"

Just set up my new Outlook address for home use but when I sent a message I
got an error message stating : No respones and server is unavailable try
again later. Does that mean I did not set up well?

When you say you set up for home use, are you trying to pull work email from
home?
