I'm testing an HTML e-mail. Part of the software I am using allows me t
also send a text version if the mail client does not allow HTM
e-mails. I'm having problems testing this in outlook because I don'
know how or if it is possible to NOT allow HTML e-mails (thus outloo
should automatically revert to the text version of my e-mail).

I know I can configure outlook's SEND format as HTML, but can
configure the RECEIVE format?
