Is it possible to change color of desktop fonts?

I would like to change color of desktop fonts. I have gone to control panel,
display, appearance, advanced, but have found nothing that changes the color.

I am using Windows XP.

If someone out there knows how to do this, please share!

if you want to change the color of desktop fonts text goto
control panel, display, appearance, advanced click the drop down bo
with all the option value
