Is it possible to change the "style" of the pointer?

Does someone know how to change the look or the style of the pointer? It
would be great for any answers!

Start, Settings, Control Panel, Mouse. You should have a "Pointers" TAB at
the top that you can change styles. Of course there are all sorts of
downloadable mouse pointer styles/schemes you can find on the Internet.
