Is it possible to transfer autotext and macro settings from one Pc to anotehr !

Hi there

My boss needs to be able to create macro's and autotext to
go with the Normal.dot template (blank one in Word) and
with other Word templtes and be able to efficiently make
these available/copy on other machines. She needs to know
how to do this ?

Please kindly advise and I can help out my boss.
