is MAPI supported?

I have an application which uses MAPI and works fine with
OutLook 2000. Can this app run with OutLook 2003.
Is MAPI supported with OutLook 2003? What is the best
alternative for MAPI? Should i switch to CDO or WebDAV?
Please suggest...

Outlook 2003 supports both Extended MAPI and Simple MAPI.

My application is a connector to a mail server.Will there
be any problems if we continue with MAPI. I read on web,
that MAPI/CDO is not supported on .Net platforms.

"Continue with MAPI" in what sense? If your connector works with OUtlook 2002, it should also work with OUtlook 2003. .Net doesn't enter into it at all.
