Is Office XP Service Pack 2 a full version?

I purchased thru Ebay what was presented as a Full Version of Office XP Pro,
but received a sealed disc that indicated Service Pack 2

You got ripped off. The SP2 CDs are free for the asking from Microsoft. You
do, however, have to have XP on your machine to be able to use them.

Could you post a link to the auction? If the seller was selling it as a full
version of Office (and charging an appropriate price - somewhere around £200
or so) and there were no images (if there were I'm afraid you're the idiot
for not knowing what the difference between a service pack and an Office
disc) then you've been defrauded (mind you that's true either way - it's
just that you look a little sillier). MS has started to crack down heavily
on pirates and people selling their SPs to make a quick buck (they've now
restricted the number of discs that can be ordered - there was one seller I
recall who had obviously ordered at least 200 and was selling them at £5 a
pop - easy way to make a quick grand if anyone was gullible enough to fall
for it!).

Report the seller to eBay, PayPal (these sort of people always use PayPal)
and MS.
