Is Project the answer?

We are trying to use Project for job-shop scheduling. Can anyone tell me is
this program is correct for this?

We want to indicate shop-wide workload, resource overload, resource

MS Project is a good tool for that type of thing.

I would caveat Jim's recommendation by saying that if the work you're
scheduling has a finite start anf finish, Project will do what you want. If
it's ongoing production work, not so much!
