Is there a bug in the OneNote 2007 API

Hi,

I think there might be a bug in the OneNote 2007 API with the NavigateTo
function. The Function was working perfectly for me until I came across a
scenario by chance. It will not work when I have to of the same exact
templated notebooks open with two different names and try to navigate to
something on a page that comes in both of them. The first notebook, the
navigateTo works fine but trying to navigate to something in the second one
always returns the HRResult for object not found and changes the page to the
one in the first section. I know that the object exists as I can verify it by
looking at the xml.

Anyone else experience this?

Thanks

Interesting.

If you add new pages and use NavigateTo to one of the new pages does this
work or does it only fail on the pages that are created by default in the
template? I think I might understand what is going on and it is because our
hyperlinks might not be working 100% correctly. This is an interesting case
here actually.

Please do log a bug on our site: http://connect.microsoft.com/onenote

You can also contact me via my blog if you wanted to send me more info.

Hi,

New pages do work correctly. Only the ones in the template do not work. I
will post the bug.

Feel free to email me @ d.gebhard at techsmith.com if you would like more
information.

Thanks,
Derek
