Is there a data migration template in MS Project?

I want to run a data migration project using MS Project 2003.
I'm looking for an end to end project profile for the exercise including
mapping, cleansing, review and testing.

A template is only someone else's opinion of how it should be done. Hard to
say what would work in your company.
