I am making raffle tickets on Publisher and was wondering if there was a way
to set it up to have the ticket numbers automatically changed?

Setup a database with consecutive numbers and use mail merge. An example of an
Excel file here

Access is about the same.
You can also do a list in Publisher. Tools, Mail and Catalog merge, create
address list.

Thank you for getting back so quickly. Now i have created the data base in
excel witht he consecutive numbers but i am confused when i t get back into
publisher to do the merge. I am in the merge and have gone to use exsisting
list and when i hit browse it takes me to my Data Sources file folder and
gives me two options +Connect to New Data SOurce.odc and +New SQL Server
Connection.odc so I am stuck here and don't know what to do. Thank you.

Mary Sauer

Publisher by default stores its internal data in "My Data Sources" folder. You
can browse to your Excel file from the Data Source folder.
