Is there a way to execute a query (SQL code) in a MS Graph chart ?

Hi,

I use charts created with MS Graph in word & powerpoint docs and I would
like to update the data with a simple query (just like MS Query in Excel).
How can I do this? Do I need to use a VBA code? If yes, which one?

Thanks

There's no way to link a graph with data in an outside table, or a query. It
would require VBA that would retrieve the data, write it into the Data
Sheet.

You'll find the very basic code you need for this in a sample file in the
Mail merge section of my website. It's under the topic for creating charts
during mail merge.
