Is there a way to only send updated information to someone?

I'm not using a collaboration server and instead of sending the whole plan
around, I'd like to share only the items within the plan that have changed
status. How do I do this?

If you have set a baseline, set up a filter where Start Variance or Finish
Variance are greater than 0. This will pick up all task not starting on time
or the finish is slipping. Good Luck Bob!!

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

You need to identify the information you want displayed in a report
(View/Reports..). You can then print this out and send it to the recipient.
