Is there a way to schedule Outlook to close for Backups

I use Veritas Backup Exec to backup our data. Even though I have the backup
Open Files option checked, I always seem to get a >>>File appears corrupted
error when it hits my open .pst file. Veritas suggests closing Outlook.
Good, now if I could only remember!

Is there a comand line switch or someother way I could use Scheduled Tasks
to automatically close Outlook before the backup is scheduled to run?
