Is there a way to set up hyperlinks to not bring up a new browser?

I am wanting to put my powerpoint in xps format so that people who don't have
powerpoint can view it. I want hyperlinks on the powerpoint but don't want it
to pull up a new browser page every single time but would rather have it stay
on the same page and just move to the next hyperlink.

Is there a way to do this?
