Is there a Word template for writing movie or TV scripts?

Someone somewhere must have a template for writing video scripts -- audio in
one column, video in a side-by-side column. Where can I find it?

There's a "screenplay" one here

column format.

I had to do a side-by-slide column script for my video class this
semester -- I just created a two-column table and added rows as necessary.
It looked pretty much like the first hit you see at
