Not natively. Search www.slipstick.com for options if this is important to
you.

Personally, I would never want this in the first place. If you want to add a
contact from a received e-mail, right-click on the sender's address, and you
can add it that way. Do you really want all your spammers ending up in your
contacts?

Right-click the sender address and choose "Add to Contacts".
