Issues with Office Professional 2003

I have been running office for months now. I have no problems but my wife is
having issues each time she logs in under her name. She constantly gets a
message that widows is preparing to install. We don't know why. Any thoughts
on how to fix the issue? Thanks.

Login as administrator, start an Office program, log off, and try to login
under her name and launch a program.
