Italian in Print Preview

In my Microsoft Paint software, Version 5.1,
using Windows XP, when I click on File - Print Preview,
it comes out in Italian instead of English. This
does not happen for Print or Page Setup. This doe
not happen in any other Microsoft application.
However, the same thing happens when I use Prin
Preview in Netscape.

Any suggestions as to how to return this to English

The document itself is in Italian or the UI (menus, toolbars)? I'm having a
hard time visualizing a way for Print Preview to translate a document!
