Item is not collected on Clipboard when I try to copy

Everytime I try to copy/paste i get an icon that says "item not collected"
All items ar checked in the option menue on the clip board

Not sure if you ever resolved your issue, but when we encountered the same
problem we installed SP3, then selected the option to "Repair Office". Just
make sure you DO NOT check the box to Restore Shortcuts. After that our user
was fine.
