My Outlook.pst file has moved to My Documnents and taken
all my contaxcts and appointments with it.
I cant get it back into outlook.

How do I resolve this as I am now desperate!!!

From Outlook's File Menu->Open->Outlook Data File and point it to the moved

Create a new "Personal Files" item in Control Panel/Mail
and, when prompted for the name of the new file, navigate
to the original file in My Documents and select it.
Restart Outlook and it should re-appear.
