Japanese Postcard Wizard

Hello,

I am supporting some user in Japan who are reporting that the Japanese
Postcard Wizard is not working. This feature only exists in the Japanese
version of word. When we go to the menu (Tools/Letters and Mailings) and
click on the item nothing happens. Any advice or knowledge of this feature
would be greatly appreciate. Also help in English would be most helpful as I
do not speak Japanese.
