Japanese Text

I want to write Japanese text in the body of an Outlook
email, but Outlook will not allow me to change the
language bar to Japanese. I have no problem with
Microsoft Word.Please help me!

Plese post your OS and outlook version, and
detail of problem when you try to use japanese IME under Outlook.

under windows XP, you can switch IME with alt + shift key
and alt + ~ to change input mode(alphabet to hiragana or others)
