I don't think so.
Murray is correct in his thought. Response.Redirect adds a header to the
response, which contains the URL to redirect to. The URL can have a query
string, but you can't modify window properties with a query string. You can,
however, as Murray pointed out, add JavaScript to the HTML that changes the
window.
