Jeopardy

Hi there,
Does anyone know if it's possible to setup a game-like screen as in
Jeopardy. I can do the animations, but how do I set it up so that it will
remove the item I click, rather than the next item in the time line. I
haven't started this project yet ... thought I'd find out if it can be done
first.

I'd appreciate your thoughts.
