Journal entries duplicated in the Delete folder

Using Outlook 2002 Journal and I notice that all phone call entries are
simultaneously duplicated in the Delete folder and I cannot see why that is
happening. There are no rules or macros that I can see and nothing
Organizational that I can see to be forcing this behavior. Archiving is set
to 6 months and is pointing to an Archive folder under Documents and Settings.

Any ideas?
