The most disagreable and not well documented feature of Pub 97, is how
a publication changes format with which printer is being used.
The work-around is using PDFs or a virtual printer that produces JPGs
or PNGs. Unfortunately, settings can prove to be a bear of a problem
to endure quality of output.
