Junk Email Filter - Outlook 2003

Hi,

I use Outlook 2003 and am attempting to make the junk email filter
work. I have not been able to get it to move a single message to the
junk email folder, even if the address of that message is in the
blocked senders list. The filter is set to High, and I do not use any
other rules to move my messages around. I have read about this problem
in several other places, but was unable to determine how to fix the
problem. Is there a particular update that will allow the junk email
filter to work, or does anyone have other suggestions? Thank you!
