Junk Email Filter

I am Using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have set up all my mailboxes
but and having trouble with the junk mail filters. Some users have several
mailboxes he/she answers, a personal email address mailbox and maybe a
Department email address mailbox (for example (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)).
The Junk mail filter works flawless on their personal mail box however no
filtering is done on any of the other mailboxes assigned to them. Someone
has just informed me that filtering can only me done on the default mailbox.
I hope someone knows a workaround. Any help is appreciated
