Junk email filtering

How can I filter my junk mail using the SCL settings? I already have the
system rating the emails. However, I cant get them to automatically move them
to the junk email folder. Example: I would like everything with a 5 or higher
rating to automatically move to the junk mail. Anyone have any suggestions?
