Junk filter no longer works

I have Outlook 2003 instaled. The junk maol filter was
working great. I recently installed an update from the
Office update web site and now I cannot get junk
filtering to work at all. Nothing, niether auto filtering
nor the blocked senders list is applied. Everything comes
through into my inbox.

This is the 120 eval of the released product as I have
not yet received my full product in the mail yet. But as
I said it was working.

Do I have to completely remove and reinstall without the
security patch to get it to work again?

Do you have any rules moving mail to different folders? I had, and
junk sent to one account was moved from inbox to the accounts folder,
but the junk-filter was not executed.

Seems to me that the junk-filter is secondary to other rules (filters)
made by me :(
