Junk Mail Filtering: How do I activate it?

I just got Office XP, and I am in the process of
configuring it. According to the help file, to activate
Junk Mail filtering, I have to select it from
the "Organize" button on the mail toolbar.
Unfortunately, there is no Organize button, nor can I add
it from the customize list. I did a "complete"
installation of Office, so I don't think it isn't
installed. Also, I haven't installed any of the online
updates yet. Is it in one of those?
