I've been having a problem with Outlook sending a message
to a recipient numerous times, even the next day. Now I
can't send any messages out at all. I want to delete all
settings, addresses, old messages etc, and just start
fresh. I deleted the program and reloaded it, but all of
the old settings, addresses, and e-mails are still there.
How do I delete everything and start over from scratch?
