Justification for Church Bulletin

I have attempted to get a line to be justified both left and right and to
have the song name centered all on the same line. I have tried to right
justify it and then tab over but it doesn't look right. I have seen it in
other bulletins but I cannot get it to work myself. Please help if you can.

Try adjusting the character spacing. Format, character spacing. Your title should be
centered without character adjustment by selecting align center Do you have extra
spaces in front or end of the title.
Maybe I'm missing something.

Hi -

Clear the tabs. Have your text flush-left. Then set a "center" tab on the
ruler on the midpoint measurement of the width of your page. Set a
"types-to-the-left" tab on the far right of your textbox on the ruler.

Hope that makes sense and is what your are looking for. (There is always
non-wrapping, unfilled textboxes --- lining them up is the challenge.)

As Morisot stated, using tab stops is by far the best way to do this task.
In situations as she mentioned where there is a need to overlay a text frame
with a second one it actually is fairly easy to get them lined up. The key
is to include some extra characters of the same type style and font size as
the underlying text frame. Make those characters a contrasting color -
yellow works well. Use the cursor keys and nudge the frame so that the
yellow characters line up with the characters on the other text frame. Once
that is done, delete the extra characters.
