Keep getting old messages in my Inbox and cannot stop it - Please advise what is the reason....

I just noticed this afternoon for the first time, never had this issue
before.
I have Office Professional Ultimate.

What version of Outlook are you using? What kind of account is it? Do you
have any rules configured that might be causing the issue?
