For new email messages, forwarded messages and replies, I like to use the
smaller window - about 6 by 8 inches. But Outlook keeps giving me full
screen for these options. Or it goes back and forth between the smaller
screen and full screen. I NEVER use full screen so it's not like the program
is going back to the last screen size. This is happening in Word as well.
What is going on?
