Keys need to be held for 10 seconds before letter appear

Have to hold down a key for a few seconds before letter appears on screen. I
know it is a setting that needs to be changed, but where and which one?

Found the answer, so no need for replies! It is sticky keys that need to be
turned off in Control Panel/Accessibilty options, or else if you have no
access to Control Panel courtesy of overcautious system admin people,
pressing the Shift Key 5 times will also turn it off!
