Keystrokes for disabled

Does any know how to open an email attachment in Outlook
2002 with keystrokes (You can in 2000) as the disabled
group we are working with cannot use a mouse.

With the message selected (i.e., highlighted) in the list pane that has an
attachment, use Alt+F (File menu) and Alt+n (or arrow keys) to select the
Save Attachments menu.

Thanks, but if possible would like to be able to open
the file with keystokes

Guess you'll need to better explain what you are trying to do. Alt, F, n,
and arrow keys are all keystrokes.
