Label(s) --> Word Document Heading

Greetings! I am trying to find a better way to take addresses from my label
document, and transfer them over to my mailer (document #2).

Thusfar I have my labels in a small window, with my document #2 next to it
in a small window. I am copying then pasteing --- printing -- clt-z,clt-z
--- copying, pasteing --- you get the drift.

Is it possible to convert the lable (address's) into a heading for my
document, quicker then this?

I am currently using Microsoft Word, 2000.
