Have you tried the support at labelflash?
This .dll was included in Windows, have you looked on your disk?

i have vista premium 32 bit os.i download labelflash software. it said ,

Windows Vista™ / Windows® XP SP2 / Windows® 2000 SP4(*1)
*1 You'll need to copy the file gdiplus.dll l into your bin-director.
I dont know to load it in there. thanks for trying to help.

I do believe you need to go to a Vista group to ask this. I'm way out of my
league here.
