Labels shift downward when printing

I am using Windows XP version 5.1, Office 12.
I am trying to print Avery 5267 labels to my HP Laserjet 6P printer.
When printing a full page of the same label the printing will creep down the
page rendering 90 percent of the labels useless. I downloaded a current
template from Avery and I still get the same result.
Any ideas?
