Large 30mb file making outlook not respond

I have a large 30mb file of jpegs in my inbox that is
making my outlook not respond. I cannot delete this
file.I have to ctrl,alt,del to end task.

Is there any way to delete this file to make outlook
operable?

Before selecting this Mail First, when you open Outlook Click on VIEW-->
Preview Pane. So your preview pan is disabled.
Then select the Mail, keep the Shift Key and delete so the mail is
permanently deleted.

If you wany now activate your Preview pan.

I can't even get to the view button. WHen I open outlook,
it will not respond.
