Large Row Height

The height of the rows in a project has become huge and I can't seem to
change it. I must have done something wrong.

Changing font size has no effect. All bars are on Row1. I can see any bar
text that could account for it.

How can I find the cause of the increase and correct it?

Check the Row Height setting for the view table. Try setting it to "1"
and see what happens. If that has no effect, take a look at all Gantt
Bars to see if some extraneous text is being shown. For example, if
spare Text1 is blank but is set to show above or below a Gantt Bar, you
won't see anything but it will cause the row height to account for it.
Finally, go to Format/Layout and take a look at the setting for Bar
Height. Perhaps it is set to a large value.
