Launch XLS attachment from OE

Dear,

I am using Win2k Pro SP4 and OE6 SP1. When I am double click the Excel
attachment, it takes 20 seconds to open.
If I save it to a file, no problem.
I tried excel -unregserver, then excel -regserver, problem still.
