Hello, i just started using my new computer, 3 days past
my 30 day grace period..anyway, when i go thru explorer
to launch a word document i get the error message of
where word just shuts down and asks me to send the error
message to Microsoft, or i can choose do not send. I
have done both options. I can launch a file when i am in
word however. also, if i receive an attachment in email,
i get the same error. Please help if you can, I need to
launch files and botht dell and microsoft want to charge
high fees. Thanks, Dave
