Layers Overlapping

I redid my site (www.wthsminutemenband) with layers, and a few people have
contacted me about everything overlapping. When I look at it, it looks fine,
and I ask others about it, and they say nothing is wrong also, so why are
some people looking at it differently? Is there a way to "lock" everything
from overlapping?

I think what they mean is when you make the browser viewport narrower the top frame will eventually collapse too far making some content of the frame invisible at the bottom.

Looks like you designed the web for 1024px wide. I guess you could put an invisible gif image in the top frame and set it's width to 750-760px that would keep it from collapsing too far.

Why are you using frames anyway?
