We use LDAP for our company address book. I have one client that
requests the ldap credentials when outlook is started. LDAP login is
via SPA (set in the directory account, and shows up in the login
dialog) so all the user has to do is click "OK." However, this is one
more step than should be required, and it only happens on one client.
