Leave days or sick days for individuals in project

Hi

Firstly, I'm using Project 2000

Due to a 'virus' that went thru some of the staff in the project, we had a bout of absentism which I wish to account for in the Project Plan. In addition, some other personnel had to take some vacation time

Which is the best way to cater for these personnel (resources!) being absent? Should I create a calendar for each resource and then indicate the times they are absent from sickness and annual leave

Hi Glenn,

When you created your resources, a calendar for each
resource was created for you. I would change the
resource's calendars to reflect their holiday schedule
and sick leave.
Double click on the resource's name from the resource
sheet, click the working time tab and you're off and
running.
