Leave Mail on Server Option

Is there a shortcut to turn this option on and off or to
clean off any mail I've left on the server. The interface
in Outlook XP makes this real cumbersome to do.

I am not aware of any shortcut. The only place I know to set this option is
on the Advanced tab in the properties of the account.
